    Before you hit the road, check for any specific delivery notes the customer may have included. These details can be found at the bottom of the screen as displayed above. 
  • Proof of Delivery that Shines
  • To wrap up the delivery process, you'll complete a proof of delivery photo for every order. This step highlights our commitment to excellence and ensures peace of mind for the customer.

    When capturing the photo, keep these tips in mind:

    • Make sure all items are visible and clearly displayed in the photo.
    • If the customer comes out to receive their order, kindly explain the proof of delivery requirement and snap the photo before handing over the items.
    • The photo marks the order as delivered.
