Maintaining strong Shopper Stats isn’t just about numbers; it’s about creating standout experiences for our customers and thriving within the GlamRush2U ecosystem. Shoppers with the highest stats are prioritized for new order offers and become the go-to delivery teammates customers trust. Here are the performance metrics to monitor and master:

Performance Metrics

Average Rating

  • After each delivery, your customers rate your service on a 1-5 star scale, with 5 being stellar.
  • Check your app to view your last 50 ratings along with your all-time average. Strive for a rating of 4.70 or higher.
  • Member feedback provides valuable insights, helping you continuously perfect your delivery skills.

Pro Tip: Spot patterns in feedback. If customers point out areas of improvement, focus on sharpening those skills to elevate future experiences.

On-Time Percentage

  • This stat measures how often you deliver within the customer’s preferred time window. Every delivery made within the scheduled timeframe is considered on time. Aim for an on-time percentage of 90% or higher.
  • Delivering earlier in the time window can elevate the customer experience and showcase your reliability.

Pro Tip: When starting out, account for extra time to familiarize yourself with store layouts for smoother pickups.

Completion Percentage

  • This percentage tracks the orders you’ve successfully completed versus those you’ve claimed. For example, if you’ve claimed 10 orders and completed 9, your completion rate is 90%.
  • A high completion rate signals trustworthiness, reliability, and commitment to exceptional service.

Note: Dropping an order from a paired or batch offer impacts your completion rate just once, not for each individual order in that batch.

Reliability Percentage

  • This stat reflects how many orders you may have dropped within the hour leading up to, or during, the delivery window. Keeping a Reliability % of 90% or higher is essential for maintaining active status on the platform.
  • GlamRush2U understands unexpected circumstances arise. For this reason, one dropped offer in your last 50 will be automatically forgiven.

Keep in Mind: Multiple dropped offers close to or during the delivery window impacts both platform trust and customer satisfaction, so aim to avoid last-minute cancellations.
