Item Non-Delivery Policy
At GlamRush2U, maintaining a high standard of service is essential to our reputation and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the protocol and consequences in the event a GlamRusher (Driver) forgets to deliver an ordered item to a customer and fails to attempt a re-delivery.
Policy Requirements:
1. Immediate Notification
If a GlamRusher realizes they have failed to deliver an ordered item, it is their responsibility to contact GlamRush2U Customer Service immediately at 1.833.GOT.GR2U or contactus@glamrush2u.com. This step ensures prompt communication and helps mitigate customer inconvenience.
2. Resolution Measures
Upon notification, the GlamRusher will be required to follow instructions provided by GlamRush2U Customer Service, which may include delivering the item to the customer as soon as possible.
Measures for Item Non-Delivery:
- Recommend re-deliver attempt immediately
- Schedule a time to re-deliver
- Attempt to return item, in accordance with store policy
- If unable to return, earnings deduction is possible to cover cost of item.
Consequences for Non-Compliance:
Failure to deliver the item and to notify GlamRush2U Customer Service of the error will result in the following consequences:
1. Paycheck Deduction
The cost of the undelivered item will be deducted from the GlamRusher’s paycheck, unless reimbursement is provided in a timely manner.
2. Potential Termination
Neglecting to resolve such issues in accordance with company protocols may lead to the termination of the GlamRusher's driving agreement.
3. Legal Action
Should reimbursement not be made and the situation remain unresolved, GlamRush2U reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the cost of the undelivered item.
