Claiming an Offer
At GlamRush2U, we know that flexibility and choice are key
to creating a shopping experience that works for you. That’s why we’ve made
claiming offers simple and straightforward.
When an order is available, you’ll receive a text notification
inviting you to review it for acceptance. Open the app to check out the
details, and once you’re ready, tap accept order to accept and
add it to your orders/schedule.
Orders will remain on the Available Orders screen
until it’s claimed.
Dropping an Order
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you find
yourself unable to complete an upcoming order or ensure on-time delivery, you
can drop the order directly from the GlamRusher app.
To drop an order, simply follow these steps:
Head
to My Orders in the main menu.
Locate
the order you wish to release.
Tap
the decline order on the bottom of the order journey screen.
Important: Dropping orders can impact the
customer experience, so it’s best to use this option sparingly and as far in
advance as possible. Orders dropped can delay the arrival of beauty essentials
and negatively affect your Completion %.
Pro Tips for Dropping Orders
· When dropping an order, aim to release it early
to allow another shopper to step in and deliver exceptional service.
Avoid dropping orders repeatedly close to or
during the delivery window, as this may go against GlamRush2U’s shopper
guidelines.
